One of the most popular tourist trans oceanic liners - Queen Elizabeth 2, has taken over from Southampton and arrived in its last port in Dubai where the ship will henceforth become a luxury floating hotel and attraction. There the famous liner was met across by a fleet of private yachts, as well as the super yacht My Dubai of Immer of Dubai sheikh Mohammad bin Rashed al Maktum.
The new hotel will be anchored near the biggest artificial island of Palm Jumeirah, which was built in the shape of a palm tree. Queen Elizabeth 2 will be completely renovated and converted into a five star hotel.
