In the coming years, more and more Russian citizens are expected to come on a holiday in Bulgaria after the Bulgarian authorities have started to issue visas with priority to those who have purchased property in the country. The facilitated  arrangements for the issuance of visas is expected to also boost the real estate market, as for the Russians this is a good incentive. Observations show that the Russian customers are willing to pay more and for bigger estates.
