General information:
The studio offers an opportunity for a wonderful vacation - fresh atmosphere, balcony with a beautiful view. Visitors will enjoy the numerous attraction at their disposal in the resort.

Location:
Sveti Vlas is a natural extension of the world-famous Sunny Beach resort. The complex is located in a very well arranged part of the resort, in immediate proximity to the beach. The studio is located in Crown Fort Club, bulding "F".

Facilities:
Available to visitors in the complex there are 4 outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, several restaurants and beautifully arranged infrastructure with alleys and many green areas. On the other hand, St. Vlas also offers many attractions such as: good conditions for water sports, wide variety of restaurants, clubs, a yacht port and great beaches. The transport in the complex is very convenient - only a few minutes are needed to get to Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessebar with the organized transport.

The beach:
Accessed directly from the resort, “Paradise Beach” is a beautiful “Blue Flag” white sandy beach. The sloping sands allow you to venture out approx 50m into the sea before the depth increases to 1.5m. The beach is only available to guest of the complex and adjacent hotels, and offers a fully supervised and air conditioned Children’s Club at a small charge. Along the beach, you will find a number of lifeguard stations, and a couple of beach bars serving both food and drink. Various water sports are available including jet skis. One unique and important fact for visitors about Sveti Vlas is that it is the only resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast where the beaches are facing directly due south!
