Not far away from the city center, the apartment has really good and fast transport communications – it will take you around 5 minutes by car and around 10 minutes by bus to get downtown. The Sea and a beautiful secluded beach are at the same time only 250 meters away from the apartment, and the famous park of Varna – the Marine Garden is even closer!

There is a reception desk in the complex, free parking and WI FI in the lobby, as well as an outdoor swimming pool with kids` pool. For the little ones there is a children playground. The inner side of the complex is closed to outside visitors as there is a controlled access and the parents can be calm while their children are playing in the clean and maintained garden.
