General information:
Charming apartments situated in a holiday building in the green Marine Garden of Varna, a great place for sports and evening summer walks. Though the building is on a main boulevard, it has a gated and unexpectedly quiet yard. The apartments are perfect for you whether you are searching for a place to spend your holiday or you are on a business trip. Exceptionally appropriate for families with small children, especially during the summer season because of the kid` s swimming pool, the playgrounds and well maintained green areas where the little ones can freely play with their parents keeping an eye on them.

Location:
The apartments are located in a new residential complex, set on the main road connecting Varna with the Golden Sands resort, and very close to the Picadilly Park trade center where you will find a lovely Italian restaurant, a bar with amazing view, lots of shops, a 24/7 supermarket and a fitness center. Not far away from the city center, the apartment has really good and fast transport communications – it will take you around 5 minutes by car and around 10 minutes by bus to get downtown. The Sea and a beautiful secluded beach are at the same time only 250 meters away from the apartment, and the famous park of Varna – the Marine Garden is even closer!

Facilities:
There is a reception desk in the complex, free parking and WI FI in the lobby, as well as an outdoor swimming pool with kids` pool. For the little ones there is a children playground. The inner side of the complex is closed to outside visitors as there is a controlled access and the parents can be calm while their children are playing in the clean and maintained garden.
