Prices vary depending on season. The following prices are for summer season 2009.

General information:
St. St. Constantine and Helen - one of the most famous and beautiful Bulgarian resorts. The whole area is covered with perennial broad-leaved forest, reaching the beach. Coastal strip has a length of more than 3.5 kilometers. In the resort there are two yacht harbors, tennis courts, playgrounds, football field, outdoor and indoor mineral pools. One of the biggest advantages of the resort is the presence of 7 mineral springs.

Location:
The apartment is located in a complex, composed of residential and hotel parts and situated within a natural park only 450 meters away from the seacoast. The apartment is located on the second floor. There are a restaurant and many shops nearby. Te center of Varna is 8 kilometers away.

Facilities:
On area of 70 sq.m. are positioned: entrance hall, large living room with eastern balcony and pool-view, kitchenette and bedroom with western balcony, and bathroom with shower cabin.
The residential complex offers round-the-clock presence of a doorman, a pool, intercom system, air conditioning, digital cable TV, cleaning and maintenance of the green areas, underground garage cells.
